The Story of Tech It Easy

My journey began with a degree in Graphic Design from University of Lynchburg. Through my studies I was able to witness, and experience, the transformative power of technology in design and communication. Fueled by my passion, I delved into the realm of freelance graphic design, eager to explore new horizons. This pursuit allowed me to exercise my creative skills while immersing myself in the ever-evolving world of technology. As I worked with diverse clients, I honed my abilities, constantly seeking ways to leverage technology to bring their visions to life.
I then secured a position at Best Buy, where I swiftly earned the title of the "Apple Master." This role enabled me to become intimately familiar with Apple's products and ecosystem, fueling my passion for technology even further. As an expert in all things Apple, I was given the opportunity to share my knowledge and passion with others by teaching my first group class. This experience ignited a newfound love for teaching and empowering individuals to embrace technology's potential.
Building upon my success at Best Buy, I was offered a position as a Solutions Consultant for Apple - an exhilarating next step in my career. Interacting directly with customers on a daily basis allowed me to understand their unique needs and provide tailored solutions, while the group classes became a space for knowledge-sharing and empowering individuals to navigate the world of technology. It became evident to me that these classes were the highlight of my work, and allowed me to make a profound impact on each customer's journey. It was during this time that I realized the tremendous, and lasting effect these classes had on customers, which ultimately became the driving force behind my decision to create Tech It Easy.
Recognizing the value in prioritizing the customer experience, I embarked on a new venture and founded Tech It Easy. This allowed me to combine my technological expertise with my love for sharing that knowledge - creating a space where I could empower individuals, foster meaningful relationships, and provide unparalleled support on their technological journeys. Tech It Easy became the culmination of all my previous experiences, which paved the way for a future where I can truly make a difference by prioritizing each customer and making a lasting impact on their technological journeys.
